Customers may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Product must be accompanied by proof of purchase

• Damaged by customer
• Clearance sale products
• Personal care items
• Products without original packaging

Refunds are only issued when:

• Wrong product is delivered
• Product arrives damaged
• Product is defective

Approved refunds will be processed through:

• Original Payment Method

Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the mistake is from HANBIA TRADERS.
